The hotel boasted great beds and very comfy bedding, but unfortunately, the rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though they were supposed to be non-smoking. Despite the cleanliness and convenience of the rooms, there were tech issues like a malfunctioning microwave and non-working phone and clock.

The service was a mix where staff members were mostly courteous and helpful, but we had to track someone down for our order, which arrived wrong multiple times within the same visit. Additionally, we were immediately reminded of their strict no-fun policy.

The location was convenient for our trip, located off a main road yet in a quieter area. I suggest bringing earplugs for the loud AC. The hotel is also situated on a well-maintained golf course which adds to the atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the beds were great and very comfy, the room had a yappy dog that woke me up at 7am. It was clean, but I found a dirty sock and a box of garbage bags on the floor by the bed, which was a bit disappointing. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was fantastic, off the main roads but still easy to find, making it convenient for commuting. The dining experience was ok, with good food and staff but not quite at the exceptional level. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
